Tantra sex is sex but it has a different purpose and therefore different techniques.

The purpose or goal of Tantric sex is not ejaculation as in western sex.

The purpose of Tantric sex is to create a a very sensual and deep connection with your partner and use that to transcend your mind and be totally present.

Which usualy results in initiating a low level orgsam that grows over time. The minute by minute sensual estacy is the 'payoff'. You soon find out that ejaculation is 'no big deal' or brings you down and ends the estacy.

Conscious sex quiets your mind and is based on Tantric sexual practices that combine meditation and sex that extend orgasm and make your whole body as sensitive and responsive as your genitals can be in 'normal-good' sex.

In other words. at ths heightened state of arousal just touching feels more exciting then western style ejaculation oriented sex so you are not in a hurry to get to ejaculation.

This is a coaching session that leads you through the steps leading up to actual sex that will show you how to have a deeper connection with the other person. It is all fairly basic stuff: eye contact, breathing in unison, some simple exercises, and touching the other person’s body while doing some special breathing exercises. Once you learn these techniques you can use them before engaging in actual sex to prolong your orgasms and generally have better, more exciting sex.  

The benefits of this extra effort will be a greatly enhanced level of sensual experience; more powerful orgasms and it will increase the possibility that you will have an orgasm; a much richer over all experience; and connection sex is usually followed by a much deeper level of satisfaction

When I use the word orgasm I am not referring to ejaculation but rather the whole body experience that ‘blows your mind’. A very brief orgasm does happen with every ejaculation and the release of ejaculation always feels good. Orgasm seldom happens when you are thinking or when your mind is busy or when you are fantasizing.

This is conscious sex where you are fully present with your sex partner whether this is someone you have just met or you are in a relationship with. People that are in a relationship that practice conscious sex will discover that it deepens their connection to their mate in all areas of their life. It also tends to lessen drama in a relationship.

Ultimately, if you acknowledge the Divine in yourself and your partner/other person this heightened awareness can bring about a deeper connection to the Divine in you and them.

This is using sexual energy/awareness to access the Divine which rejuvenates and refreshes your body, mind and spirit. [This has nothing to do with religion or religious beliefs. In Spirituality the Divine is a non-judgmental, conscious energy that resides in all of us-regardless of our beliefs]

THIS IS SPIRITUAL SEX WHETHER YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTENCE OFTHE DIVINE OR NOT. This is also meditation sex in that the initial exercises are designed to quiet your mind which increases your awareness. You cannot think your orgasm, orgasm is a non-thinking experience. orgasm is quite literally the stopping of your ego mind and opening a direct connection to your spirit.

The connection sex coaching session stops short of actual sex and clothing is optional. For some people it works best nude and this is a personal preference.
