In the session we first talk about what Tantra is, how it works, and the difference between ejaculation and orgasm. If you have any sexual difficulties they can be discussed also.
Then we take our clothes off and do simple movements that include breathing and touching that channel energy through the genitals which heightens the sensuality of your whole body gets us very sexually aroused. We then do more breathing and touching movements sitting that deeply relax you and create a lightly orgasmic feeling all over your body. Some people actually experience a lightly orgasmic through out their whole body. At the end you get full body stroking and some self pleasuring techniques.
