ARE ANY OF THESE YOUR STORY?
Is it a good day or a bad day, today? Can you walk on water today or will you be fighting to get some breathing room? At the end of the day will you feel like you have been fighting all day, and are exhausted?
Or will you have enough energy at quitting time to perhaps do some shopping or to the gym, then maybe even have dinner out and take in a movie? Do you have a focus or goal in your life or are you just trying to get through the day, week or month?
Or is your life an exciting opportunity for growth, change and happiness or is it a lot of work that never seems to be satisfying or rewarding?
Do the days fly by or drag on forever? Do you love and respect yourself or hate what you have become?
Is your life about avoiding problems, pain, fear, doubt, guilt, and judging?
Do you complain a lot, or perhaps consider yourself a victim sometimes? Is gossip and complaining your primary communication to friends, family and co-workers and do these conversations leave you feeling drained or hopeless?
Or do you have invigorating, positive conversations that leave you uplifted and energized?
Do you have any activities, books, or tapes that assist you to relax, re-focus, meditate, or release tension?
Do you have any inspirational books or activities that you use to lift your spirits when you are depressed, or under the weather.
Or do you use alcohol, drugs, TV, or “veging” to relieve stress and attempt to relax or restore your body, mind and spirit?
Do you have “issues” “I can’t have what I want?”, “I am not good enough”, “nobody listens to me or understands me”, I was raped, beaten or abandoned, my parents divorced or didn’t love me.
Or my mother tried to abort me but it didn’t work, and she never wanted me and told me that so I am the way I am because of that.
