The DUAL PURPOSE OF THIS WORKSHOP is to guide you to experience a more satisfying sensual sexual experience that will most likely also give you something that you have been searching for in western sex but seldom find which is a deep sense of SATISFACTION AND FULFILLMENT.
The secondary and OPTIONAL purpose of this workshop is to guide you to experience the THRILL OF COMMUNION with the divine energy that is in each of us. This ecstatic experience can be just that or it can also be the often yearned for SIMPLICITY OF FEELING DEEPLY CONNECTED TO ALL THAT IS and/or to the divine no matter how you personally define that.
Many of you have been led to believe that organized western religion is what spirituality is all about but this is basically not true. Spirituality has to do with the non-physical world, the not yet created in the physical world energies. It has to do with our spirit, self, soul, essence, or source. It is not about a particular religion or dogma. It is about unconditional love, patience, forgiveness and compassion for all life - including our own. Whether we realize it or not this is what we are all searching for but may not have found or even realize what it is we are yearning for.
WHAT TAKES PLACE IN THIS SEMINAR?
This seminar starts with an overview of western sex, orgasm vs ejaculation and Tantric sensual sexuality. The overview include the optional spiritual ramifications specifically that orgasm is considered communion with the Divine by formal Tantric Practioners. Agreement with this is not necessary in order to derive great benefit and pleasure from the workshop.
The exercises open with creating a safe space, getting acquainted with the other participants and other non-confrontive body focused exercises that will relax you and allow you to trust the space. This includes a slow step by step disrobing to prepare for the phase II tantric exercises that are conducted in the nude. You may also request people to not touch specific parts of your body and/or keep your underwear on.
The Tantric exercises include breathing in various ways, eye contact, clenching of the genital muscles or kagle muscles, all over body touching including genital touching, trading erotic massage and full body stroking. Learning how to channel your energy through the genitals to arouse and charge them erotically. This is done in such a way as to not trigger your habitual lustful energies or impatience.
Much of Tantra is about quieting the mind and most of the exercises have this built into them.
There is no explicit sex other than genital massage /stimulation during the actual workshop and what participants do on their own time after the workshop sessions are over is a matter of personal choice. NOTHING IS MANDATORY, EVERYTHING IS A PERSONAL CHOICE.
Many workshop participants will be eager to practice what they have just learned in a more sexual way. If you are attending as a couple you can retire to your room (or not) to practice the more sexual aspects of Tantric ecstasy with your beloved.
The workshop trainer (Ross Todd) will also be on hand to answer questions after the workshop for most of Saturday evening and Sunday.
